Section 8: Employee Certification
As the Code of Conduct makes clear, adherence to the law and the highest standards of integrity is critical--our very success depends on it. But compliance does not just happen. It requires a commitment by every one of us. That is why the Company is asking all directors, officers, and employees to certify to this pledge. It signals your individual commitment to act responsibly on behalf of the Company.
At the conclusion of the Code of Conduct training, all employees are required to complete the following certification:
I hereby certify that I have read the Code of Conduct and understand that as a director, officer, or employee of Focus Enhancements Inc I must:
- adhere to the standards of conduct contained in the Code
- participate in required training courses to learn more
- seek guidance if I am ever in doubt as to the proper course of conduct
- use one of the options the Company has made available to me to report promptly any action that appears inconsistent with these standards
